Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at ASSIFAIR. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

1. Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 30 days.

  • The product is in its original packaging.

  • The product isn't used or damaged.

  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

2. Non-returnable Items

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

  • Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned (e.g., innerwear or face masks for hygiene reasons).

  • Items purchased during a "Clearance" or "Final Sale" event.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged product or the wrong size/color, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp at +92 300 1266638 with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for a different size, please contact us. We recommend checking our Sizing Chart before purchase to minimize the need for exchanges.

5. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (or via Bank Transfer/EasyPaisa for COD orders).

  • You will receive the credit within 7-10 business days, depending on your card issuer's or bank's policies.

6. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
